Editorial guidelines:

• Do not use punctuation in credentials (example: John W. Smith, MD, MPH).
• Spell out locations and affiliations and avoid internal acronyms (example: Brigham and Women's Hospital as opposed to BWH; Mass Eye and Ear as opposed to MEEI, Schepens Eye Research Institute of Mass Eye and Ear as opposed to SERI or Schepens, etc.)
• Do not use the word "Infirmary" (example: Mass Eye and Ear as opposed to Mass Eye and Ear Infirmary
