McPherson, MD, a Harvard Ophthalmology alumna and one of the world's leading vitreoretinal specialists, has been recognized with the inaugural Retina Hall of Fame Award for her pioneering contributions in the retina field. Several faculty and alumni have been elected to the prestigious National Academy of Medicine (NAM). Congratulations to alumnus and part-time faculty member Anthony Adamis, MD; faculty member Elizabeth Engle, MD; and alumna Julia Haller, MD.
