Last week, Mass Eye and Ear hosted its 9th Military Vision Symposium. The two-day event brought together clinicians, scientists, and military leaders with the goal of propelling innovative research to improve treatment and prevention strategies for combat-related eye injuries.

More than 125 attendees joined us for panel discussions, lectures, and lightning talks on a range of topics including inflammation in post-traumatic brain injury, the Defense and Veterans Eye Injury and Vision Registry, and ocular surface treatment with autologous stem cells.
