#  Melissa Yuan, MD, Appointed ASRS Fellows-in-Training Co-Chair

[Melissa Yuan, MD](https://eye.hms.harvard.edu/people/melissa-yuan-md), who graduated from the Harvard Ophthalmology Residency Training Program last month, has been selected by the American Society of Retina Specialists (ASRS) as its incoming Fellows-in-Training Co-Chair. In this role, Dr. Yuan will help oversee all Fellow-in-Training Section activities at ASRS. This appointment is given to just one rising first-year retina fellow across the country each year. She recently began a Vitreoretinal Fellowship at Stanford University.
