#  Faculty Selected for HMS Leadership Development Course

[Yihe Chen, MD](/yihechen "Yihe Chen, MD"), [Milica Margeta, MD, PhD](/milicamargeta "Milica Margeta, MD, PhD"), and [Nandini Venkateswaran, MD](https://eye.hms.harvard.edu/people/nandini-venkateswaran-md), all Assistant Professors of Ophthalmology at Harvard Medical School (HMS), have been accepted to attend the 2026 HMS Leadership Development Course for Physicians and Scientists. This annual course offered by the Harvard Office for Faculty Affairs is designed for HMS faculty who have responsibility for a research grant, laboratory, educational course, or clinical program, with the goal of building skills to enhance their professional development as administrative leaders in academic medicine.
