Cris Jacoba, MD, the Chief Retina Fellow at Beetham Eye Institute at Joslin Diabetes Center, was one of four winners of the 2021 American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO) EyeWiki® Resident and Fellows-in-Training contest for his contributing article "Diabetic Macular Ischemia."Dr. Jacoba is invited to attend AAO's 2022 Mid-Year Forum, a U.S. policy and advocacy event designed to provide opportunities to directly advocate for ophthalmology.
