#  Harvard Ophthalmology Research Scholar Alumni Match into Residency Programs

  We are delighted and proud to share that two more alumni members of the Harvard Ophthalmology Research Scholars program recently matched into ophthalmology residency training programs. Cherrell Price, currently a medical student at Morehouse School of Medicine, matched with Wayne State University/Kresge Eye Institute, and Chris Wallace-Carrete, who will graduate from the University of Utah School of Medicine this spring, matched with Oregon Health & Science University/Casey Eye Institute. Congratulations, Cherrell and Chris!

 A total of four Research Scholar alumni have matched into ophthalmology residency training programs since the inception of the program. In the 2024 residency match cycle, alumni Jadesola (Jadé) Oremosu, MD, matched with Tulane University and Christian Akotoye, MD, matched with Indiana University.
