Dr. Lin has served on the Mass Eye and Ear Glaucoma Fellowship Selection Committee since 2019 and served as Associate Director of the Glaucoma fellowship from 2021-2022. He joined the Harvard Ophthalmology Residency Selection Committee in 2020 and serves on the Clinical Competence Committee for the Harvard Ophthalmology Residency.

In 2022, Dr. Lin was named Associate Director of the Glaucoma Service at Mass Eye and Ear, where he has excelled in a range of evolving responsibilities, including improving patient access, streamlining clinical operations, recruiting and onboarding of new faculty and staff, and mentoring junior faculty.
