Future Plans: Cornea and External Disease Fellowship at Stanford University 

Dr. Kevin Ma graduated summa cum laude with a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Columbia University. He subsequently earned his MD from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society and recognized with the Samuel and Beatrice Leib Memorial Prize in Ophthalmology. During medical school, he worked in the laboratory of Dr. Donald Hood and received a National Institutes of Health-funded fellowship to investigate how optical coherence tomography imaging can be improved to better detect early glaucoma and identify disease progression.
