Harvard Ophthalmology brought together more than 150 faculty and staff from its affiliated hospitals for a Faculty Retreat in Providence, Rhode Island. The two-day event focused on the themes of innovation and inclusion, diversity, and equity, and provided opportunities for colleagues to reconnect and exchange ideas. The program featured informative presentations from faculty, as well as experts in innovation, diversity, business, digital transformation, and psychology. The event also included three-minute lightening presentations from faculty, breakout sessions, team exercises, group meals, walks, yoga, and meditation.
