The Atlantic Coast Retina Club (ACRC) Meeting and Macula 2023 returned to Boston last week for three days of events at Mass Eye and Ear and the Seaport Hotel. More than 300 people attended from across the country.
The ACRC Meeting February 2-3 featured a half-day of mystery case studies presented by trainees and a full day of faculty case study presentations. Congratulations to the following trainees who were recognized for presenting the top cases:

On February 4, Macula 2023 brought together an elite group of retina specialists from around the country with presentations and panel discussions on a range of topics, including advances in vitreoretinal surgery, innovation in retinal vascular disease, and future of treatments for age-related macular degeneration. The highlight was the lively panel discussion on complement inhibitors for geographic atrophy.

And thank you to Mass Eye and Ear’s John B. Miller, MD, for organizing the trainee case presentations, and our faculty who mentored our trainee presenters and livened up the panel discussions.
