Nazlee Zebardast, MD, MSc, Recognized with AMA Inspiration Award

Nazlee Zebardast, MD, MSc, Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Harvard Medical School, is a 2023 recipient of the American Medical Association (AMA) Women Physicians Section Inspiration Award. This annual award honors and acknowledges physicians who have offered their time, wisdom, and support throughout the professional careers of their fellow physicians, residents, and students.

An accomplished clinician scientist, Dr. Zebardast has developed a stellar reputation as a teacher and mentor. Her award nominator, a Tufts University medical student, shared that:
