Robert Mallery, MD, Appointed Director of Neuro-Ophthalmology Fellowship Program at Mass Eye and Ear

Robert Mallery, MD, Assistant Professor of Neurology at Harvard Medical School, will begin his appointment as director of the Neuro-Ophthalmology Fellowship on July 1, 2025 to coincide with the beginning of the 2025-26 academic year. He will work alongside Associate Fellowship Director Tais Estrela, MD. Dr. Mallery will replace Dean Cestari, MD, who will step down as director after leading the program for seven years, as well as previously serving as the Chair of the Mass Eye and Ear Ophthalmology Fellowship Committee.
