Zhengping (Ping) Hu, MD, PhD, a postdoctoral research fellow at Schepens Eye Research Institute of Mass Eye and Ear, was recognized with a Young Investigator Outstanding Research Award at the Pathobiology for Investigators, Students, and Academicians 2022 Young Investigator Virtual Meeting, organized by the American Society for Investigative Pathology. Dr. Hu received this award for her research, "Endomucin knockout mice shows delayed retinal vascular development and reduced neovascularization in oxygen-induced retinopathy."
